• Are you a UPC customer? Then use the Horizon Go app.
• Ziggo TV only works entirely for customers with a subscription to minimum TV Standard and Internet Z1, Z2 or Z3, All-in-1, or Office basis of Ziggo.
• For the proper functioning of the TV app, and to guarantee the rights of content parties, TV programs can only be watched on devices that are equipped with the original, unchanged operating system.
• Playing video is only supported from Android OS version 4. In addition, only devices with OpenGL 2.0 support video can play.
• Devices with Android version 2.3 cannot install this version; These devices must be updated to version 4 to be able to install Ziggo TV 6.0.
• Devices with "root-access" are not supported.
• With the Ziggo TV app 6.0 you can view programs, films and series outside the home. To play video via 3G or 4G, your provider may charge data costs. Turn off video playing via mobile network if you only want to be able to play video via a wireless network (Wi-Fi).
